Ordering Information

All orders taken through this website are processed by me and sent electronically or by phone to the factory in Halifax. They will then build your light bar and send it direct to you the customer. Payment for these goods is enabled by the payment gateway PayPal. Please note you do not have to have a PayPal account to order through PayPal.

You can also pay for goods by cheque or on-line (internet) banking. Please contact us for on-line bank details. If you wish to pay by cheque, it should be drawn in Pounds Stirling and made payable to John O'Donoghue. Payment with your credit card through PayPal is the quickest. On-line (internet,Bacs) payments take 2 to 3 days to clear. Cheques take up to 7 days to clear. As you would expect, goods cannot be ordered/delivered until payment has cleared. Therefore you should normally allow up to 7 working days to receive your order if paying by Credit/Debit card, and up to 14 days if paying by cheque.

Please also note that lightbars are built to individual customers order, as such the lead time is 2 to 4 days. Some items in particular, special orders make take longer to be delivered. This will depend on how busy the factory is at the time.

As a Vat Registered Business, vat @17.5% will be charged on all products.

Any delivery charge quoted is for delivery to a UK Mainland address only. If you wish to buy our products and are not resident in the UK, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
